Radio Wont Cut On (1995)

I have a 1995 monte carlo and i was getting sum subs put in and once he was done....the radio wouldnt cut on. Its not the radio because i tried another radio, and i tried the fuses....so im thinkin its sumthin else????

Are you using a stock radio or an aftermarket stereo?
