Rad Fans Not Spinning / No A/C

We had the a/c charged, thinking that was the problem. No luck. Looked into it further, and noticed the rad fans don't spin when it is turned on.

We tried wiring the fans direct to the battery, and they work, so it's not a bad fan motor.

Replaced the connectors and wiring to the fans. Nope.

Replaced the coolant temp sensor. Still no change.

Replaced the black relay because it didn't seem to get as strong of a reading with a volt meter, but when jumping that relay, at least one fan came on. Even with the new relay, nothing. Not even the one fan that came on when we jumped it.

Haven't tried replacing the first gray relay yet - maybe they are wired in series, but if so, why did the fan work when we jumped the 2nd relay in the line?

The car does not overheat at all, it's just the AC not working. We just drove 2000 kms with it last week in 40 degree Celsius heat to get here, and have to do the same to get home, so trying to make this work before we go next week.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

What year is the car? Are you saying the Compressor, Blower, and rad fans do not work?

It's a 2005 LS.

Everything seems to work fine except the fans on the rad. When we hot wire them & run it for a few minutes, the a/c starts to get cold, but the lack of fans is preventing the AC from working.

Try swapping the two fan relays and see if anything changes. I read something a while ago about how one is a high speed and one is a low speed relay?

No luck :(

Try unplugging the coolant temperature sensor. Unfortunately you already checked the relays and the refrigerant level which are the easiest quick diagnosis.

Unplug it & try running without it? We did just replace that a couple days ago, but I didn't try turning it on disconnected....
