I was going to be a wise guy and just say a hose. But thats really about all you do need. You can buy some radiator flush from Walmart or any auto parts store. All I do is take off the bottom hose and let it drain out. Stick to hose to fill it while its draining out. Then after it turns nice and clear. Make sure its filled then start the car let in get to operating temp heater on full. Then shut it off till it cools. Take the bottom hose off again. Then just run water thru it. Till you think it looks clear enough. Then fill it with 50/50 coolant & water. Sounds harder then it is. Should take about 30 mins or so. Good luck

+1 to what rick said. Other than make the mixture stronger than 50/50. The block and heater core will still be full of straight water.
