Default Power steering pump brand choice?

What is a good choice brand for a power steering pump? I want one that will last that is actually worth a crap. I put a cardone reman on it years back and now its grinding noisy again and leaking and thats after the first cardone sprayed out the main shaft seal days after replacement and leak check. It is lifetime warranty, but what a pain through oreilys. They consider a lifetime to be one replacement, even though they give you another part that is supposed to be lifetime as well. Really tired of dealing with them and even more so changing same parts repeatedly due to lack of quality. I already have new lines gonna change those. Is there any high performance aftermarket or something avail?

I've only had to replace one across my GM cars on my 03 L36 Impala. I just got another OEM / AC Delco pump as I'd got so much life out of my other stock GM pumps (I've probably got at least 500k miles across just the 3800 cars alone, although I'd imagine the same pump is shared with other engines / platforms too). It lasted just fine up until we sold the car.
