so i have this code and to reads "P0102 Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low Frequency" so i get that it is my MAF but what is low frequency mean? my 98 monty is hesatating when taking of, after 2000 rpms it seems to run fine. anybody help?

Low Frequency means that the Signal is reporting a lower frequency than it should, since the MAF reports Air Flow it's sending a lower air flow signal.
You can check the wiring to make sure nothing is damaged.
You can try to clean the MAF with MAF Cleaner Spray.
Though you may need to replace it if neither works.
Whenever dealing with the MAF always disconnect your negative battery terminal first.
