2001 Monte Carlo SS coolant light pops on and off. I have had the thermostat changed out 3 times, the last one was a genuine GM part and after a few months, the low coolant light starts popping on and off again. Plz advise.

Is it possible you have an air pocket in the cooling system?

It's possible just the sensor for the coolant level is bad. You can unplug and be on your way.

Dexcool gets sludgy when it hasn't been flushed in a while. Sometimes that gets stuck on the sensor.
