Default PCV Valve

I'm looking for the gasket to replace my PCV Valve with a fresh gasket. I cannot find the gasket sold separately. I found the PCV Valve for 5 bucks on rockauto.com. Should I even worry about replacing it? this cars got 187K on it. I think i should.

You need some sort of gasket, or you're gonna have a vacuum leak. I haven't had any luck finding a gasket for an L67, so I've used RTV the last couple times I took mine out.
