i was just wondering is ther anything else other than haynes manual for our cars.i thought i read something about it a long time ago and their was but pretty expensive

You can get the GM service manual from here (same thing the dealer gets). Can be pricey but well worth the money IMO.

I got mine and after shipping it came to $150. I'd say it is well worth it as it really shows where the bolts are located and can save you a few suprises.
