Default Oil pooling in the LIM

I've been trying to track down the source of oil that has been pooling in the LIM. It pools the most in the well on the passenger side aft with some pooling in the well on the drivers side forward.

I have put high temp RTV under the bolt heads and torqued to spec's, but the oil was back the next time I removed the UIM.

Does anybody have an idea of where the oil might be coming from? This is like chasing an electrical short. There's just no trail to follow to figure it out. I don't anybody else to have this problem but I hope somebody know about this issue and can tell me how to fix it before my runners and valves get caked with oil and I have to tear off the heads.
