5th Gen ('95-'99): No twilight sentinel or blower.

No twilight sentinel or blower.
Just this past week, the headlights, which come on automatically when it's dark enough, winked out,and just the parking lights were on. I turned the headlight switch on,and they came on. I turned the switch to OFF,and the headlights went out,but the parking lights stayed lit.
Also,I discovered my fan blower does not work on any speed. I checked the fuse panel;it was good. Hoping the blower didn't just go toast...any ideas?

Possibilities I can think of are
New light sensor for the dash as they tend to fail from time to time
For the heating controls, I know in my car it was the ignition switch, well not the switch itself but a part connected to the switch, if I moved the keys a bit the blower would start working, mine is an 02 so this may not be the cause, but knowing gm they probably didn't change much through the years so it could be that, I will look and see if I can find the part I am talking about and post if I can.

I believe this is the part I was talking about with the ignition switch
More Information for ACDELCO 19258699
It is the connection that is the issue

Update
I finally got around to installing the ignition switch.
I STILL have no blower, climate, rear defroster,or auto headlights on (except parking lights).
I can still manually turn on the headlights, but IU definitely need climate control/rear defog.
Any ideas?

PROBLEM SOLVED.
And I feel like an IDIOT.
I started out from the fuse block. #4 fuse had an aftermarket connector plugged into it,with one fuse visible, and it looked OK. When I pulled it out, there was a SECOND 15 amp fuse next to it,which I did not see...and the end was melted.
Yes,melted. Which,was a starting point.
So,I pulled the fuse out,and replaced it....turned the key...and my twilight sentinel kicked on,turned the blower on....cool air blows out....pressed the defroster...it turned on.
So,had I pulled that aftermarket connector (which is either for the alarm or the radio,or something else) sooner,I could have ended my grief sooner.
Smdh....it was so simple...and I wasted $ on that ignition switch...
