No reverse/back-up lights

No reverse/back-up lights

Hi, got a 95 monte carlo z34, cant figure it out if my life depended on it but the reverse lights will not come on when shifted into reverse, bulbs are good,wires got no pinchs,shorts ect. plz help somebody, thanks
