and no has nothing to do with the security system the only problem you will have is untilyou plug everything back in you wont have turn signals.... but i have been driving around like that until i install my deck just because i dont want to pull everything off again

Thanks so much man! I think this will fix my problem, bought new blower motor And resistor switch, both factories turned out to be fine, fuses were fine. I've heard a few people mention the ignition switch, but none sound as confident about it as you, will update after install
