My husband replaced the radiator on my 2000 Monte Carlo last year, (first time doing any work on the car by himself so I'm proud lol) but it seems like he may have not plugged the horn back in? It makes a very faint noise when pressed on the steering wheel, I replaced the fuses and the relay switch, I just wasn't there to watch him do it and he isn't sure what he unplugged and plugged back in since it's been so long :/ does anyone have any suggestions? I need to get this fixed asap to pass my inspection.
