Question Need help finding a part!!

Hey guys, while changing the cooling elbows, we broke one of the vacuum 'tees', one underneath the supercharger snout.

I've been to autozone, and advanced auto, neither have this "tee" they have various plastic tees but none fit exactly.

I don't have a picture of it since my monte isn't here.

*EDIT* here is the routing line, the "tee" would go at the bottom, identical to the "tee" in the middle.
anyone know the part number so i can hit the dealership after work tomorrow.

thanks guys, really want dale back on the road! can't believe this small item is keeping me from that.

I looked around a few spots and found nothing. I'm sure they will have no problem finding it at the dealer.

If none of the auto part stores have a plastic one of the correct size, maybe you can find a tapered one with barbs in the brass section of your local hardware store. Just a thought...
