Default Need help!!!

So my car went to the Todd wenzel Buick GMC to get a used ecm module put in due to mine going bad but the told me they couldn’t do anything. They got it to communicate with the car but the anti theft won’t let the car start. I don’t know what to do. Can they do a complete reprogram of the module? Should I try to find another one a new one?

I mean, not sure if this works... but when I changed mine out for a new one from ZZP, I had to follow these steps.

Let me know if that works. Started on the third crank.
