Default My O2 sensor

Where the "F" is it? The poor thing is running like a half dead exhausted race horse. The diagnostic said this that and my O2 sensor. I already fixed this and that but i can't find the O2 sensor. And also Neons Vs LEDS what do you think? I've busted 2 neons and looking to replace them but i might go with the LEDs if i can use my existing wiring i've put in already. mainly cause i have it rigged to a remote so i can find my car in a dark parking lot and look cool doing it at the same time. Bonus pointz!

There normally is one on the downpipe coming off from the exhaust manifold and one behind the catalyitic converter. Please remember to include year, model (LS, SS, Z34, LT, LTZ) and motor size.
