I recently changed changed the front suspension and other parts nothing electrical tho now the car won't start there's no check engine or power I checked the battery it has juice and all the wires are in place key stayed in ignition won't come out. It just won't start no sounds no lights.

 

I know it sounds silly, but make sure the car is in park.
Although it seems like you probably have a bigger problem than the key at the moment. No one will steal the car with keys in the ignition if it won't even turn on.
Start by checking that you don't have any wires grounding to the chassis that are not supposed to be.
