Monte Carlo 2000

Hi All
I have a question? Does anyone know where the door drain hole would be in a 2000 Monte Carlo. My door is full of water and I don't know how to drain it thanks Mary B.

Hi Mary..
Welcome to the forum...
In answer to your question...
If I am not mistaken....There are drain holes in behind the rubber trim at the bottom of the door There obviously clogged with pollen dirt etc....
Not knowing how handy you are with a vehicle.... Pull the door trim loose from the bottom of the door (being careful to not damage it) then take clear the drain holes so the water can drain out... Then replace the doors rubber seal and it should solve your problem...

Worse case scenario...
Drill a small hole in the bottom of the area where the water is contained and allow it to drain that way.

I'm sure someone else will chime in with other advice/ideas...

Actually, you don't need to remove the weatherstrip. The drain hole is located below the weatherstrip in the lower rear corner of the door. It is elongated and it takes something small (like a bristle from a whisk broom) to slide into it and clear the clog.
