Lemme guess...
You started having trouble and those codes poped up shortly after you installed the K&N filter correct?

The K&N filters do not work on our Monte Carlo's.
The oil in the filament of the K&N contaminates the MAF... All the cleaning in the world wont ever clear those codes and will lead to stalling and misfires... eventually...

I do recommend either going back to the stock filter and box..Or if your going to a cold air intake system..
I highly recommend useing a CAI Inductions system.

My recommendation:
Discard the K&N filter...
also I would replace the MAF sensor with "ONLY" an AC Delco MAF sensor!
Not delphis, nor Bosch they are all junk... and eventually start causing runability issues.. A few of us here(Me included) had to learn that lesson the hard way...

Owen:
Unfortunately... I don't.

There isn't any company that makes one for my 5th gen.. So, I have stayed with the stock configuration.

However,
you could call CAI (Cold Aire Inductions)and see what info they may offer. (810) 392-9999
