Ok a couple things to add here.....

o2 voltage is reading X1 mostly switching back a forth from .1 to .8 but does jump around a little.. Seems to wanna stay at .1 tho
X2 wants to stay about .4 -.5
AFR 14.7
MAF maxed out at about 200g/s
Getting a small amount of KR. For a split second I saw .8 then .2 then again .8 (This was at WOT at higher RPM) See tho, my timing advance WAS 18.5-19.6 at WOT previously. Now its what, 12?? So, its not pulling that amount because of knock.. WTF?
No vac leaks

Idk, when someone has a minute let me know if any of this info is of any use..

The jumping around is normal, especially out of WOT. Stoich also covers the majority of the voltage range, so it common to see huge fluctuations like that. I will say, .1 is getting pretty low / lean.

Do you trust the sensor? The hard part is it contradicts the really low LTFTs.

AFR 14.7
That's junk. It'll always say 14.7 unfortunately.

I'm not real familiar with g/s readings. But it sounds like it's working ok by going up with rpm.

Hmm, that is strange. What about IAT? if it freaked out and read crazy high, that could pull timing. Just trying to think what other things could wipe out that much timing.

Just throwing it out there - how about the electrical system overall, have you checked all the grounds engine grounds to make sure theyre good? I know it's a long shot, but ground issues could make sensors act wacky.

Intake temps are always low.. Right now its not going above 70..

Im gonna search around and redo some grounds..

Could the wiring going to the IAT sensor have anything to do with it?? I made it longer many months back just because the way I set up my intake, it was either extend the wire or redo the entire intake after it was all put together..

If your IAT readings are still showing steady 70 degrees, I wouldnt think so. I was hoping it was freaking out or pegged at 100++ or something like that.

I feel like you need to get a wideband installed on this. I'm surprised you are running this long without one, but fueling is still my suspect.
