Default Low Beams Not Functioning

So last night I'm going to drive home late at night and I unlock my car with the remote and lights don't come on. I start my car and still no lights only the orange/yellow side lights. All my other lights work back lights and brake lights. I can't click on my high beams but I can hold them on while driving. So I drive all the way home holding the high beams on so I can see. Still nothing this morning same issue. I've tried the dome panel plug light on the left of the steering wheel at all the three positions and still no Low beams. Anyone ever had this happen before? Any fixes? Do I need to bring it to the dealer? I've also been having issues with my blinkers being tempermental and going on and off sometimes. They'll work one day and not the next? I'm assuming this some kind of electrical issue and not because the lights are burnt out. I'm not an electrical guy so I really need some help. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone had any insight.

Have you used the dash switch to turn on the head lamps? I think all of our cars have auto headlamps and sometimes the switch that interlocks with the shifter will go bad?
