Default Leather Seat Cleaner & Conditioner

I am trying to find a good leather cleaner and conditioner set for my 2004 Monte seats, didn't know if anyone has any recommendations. I pulled these seats from the junkyard so they are a little worn and hardened, but no major rips or tears. That being said, of course they have some small cracking in the leather which I am afraid will turn into rips if the leather is not treated. From experience, the spray types of leather cleaners have a tendency to make these cracks more pronounced and noticeable, so I am trying to avoid those. I have looked around the internet and have seen many people like Leather Honey which is more of a thicker liquid. I would like to extend the life of these seats the for as long as I can and hopefully soften them up a little. I am also looking at other brands like Lexol, Leather Master, and Leatherique. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I like the Lexol Cleaner and Conditioner kit (2 separate bottles). Adam's also makes really good leather products.
