Default knock

I was messing around in the monte and as I pulled into a parking lot it stalled. It had difficulty starting and developed a soft knock and idle is rough. Any suggestions? Oil is good no metal shavings and doesn't smell burnt.

Knock starts at about 2 grand. Started it back up, didn't want to start, and it is consistent but not terribly loud. I don't know why it's causing starting issues or if that could be a clue or what

A bad rod wouldn't cause stalling, rough idle, or hard start would it? Also my oil pressure is 3/4 of the way to high wouldn't a bad bearing/rod eat up that pressure.

is it a knock or a ping? if its a ping, could be bad gas causing preignition or even worse, detonation....highly unlikely though....if its a knock coming from the top end of the engine, my best guess would be an intake valve has developed a problem of some sort, not opening far enough, making your air/fuel ratio drop, causing rough idles, hard starts, etc
