For clarity:

Trip/Fuel Button is the top button that has a picture of a road on it.
Vehicle information button is below the trip fuel button, it has a picture of a car with an "i" beside it.
Customisation button is below the vehicle information button, it has a picture of 2 check boxes on it.
Set/reset button has a checkmark on it and is the bottom of the 4 buttons.

Press the information button until "PRESS (customisation button) TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY"appears in the driver information center. (DIC)

Press the customisation button.

The message REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE will display in the DIC.

Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the first transmitter for aproximatly 15 sec, a chime wil sound indicating the transmitter is matched.

Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the second transmitter until a chime is heard, repeat this step for any additional transmitters.

***You MUST cycle the key to off to exit the programming mode.***

Hopefully this works for you! This did work on my 06 LT. Best of luck!
