I cleaned the ground under the pcm again and now the resistance is near 0 ohms to ebcm. The brake warning light is off and ebcm is working finaly. I'm still getting c1234 for left rear wheel speed sensor though even though my scanner seems to get a reading from it no problem and it seems to agree with the other wheels. Also traction off and service traction system is still on but no codes are current for it.

 

The p0171 lean code was due to the crummy reman MAF. After installing a new hitachi one (supposedly oem) fuel trims are normal and no more p0171.
