The 2006 is Blue with light gray interior. It doesn't have fog lights, but I would like to install some. I was thinking factory ones would be easy. Are there any nice aftermarket fog lights that would be better? Ill have to take a pic of it.

How many miles are on your 3.9l? Does your oil filler cap have a milky residue on the inside part? If so that can be a head gasket issue. I don't think the 3.9l has the lower intake gasket problem.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your vast collection of montes!!

Hey 06LTMonte, that sounds like how my coolant looked. I knew mine was still the dexcool because it was still slightly orange and a bit brown. Other users state that by adding normal green coolant to the GM dexcool it may have negative effects and you will start to see sludgy brown coolant.

The best fix is to replace the coolant and flush out all of the sludge. While your down there it also never hurts to check the thermostat because they are known to fail!

Good luck to the both of you!
