i keep trying but it says upload failed!

You may have to resize pics to upload them.. That's what I have to do..

I'm having the same issue. My main internet access is from my Droid phone and it always says the pics are too big. I will try again from the work computer asap.

Try using a photo hosting site such as photobucket. It will automatically resize pictures that you post to the forum so they fit.

How big are the photos you are uploading? Do you use the [img] code when putting the pic in a post?
