My fiancees turn signals have completely went out on her 03 Monte Carlo. Fuse looks good so I think its her relay. Hazards went out as well. I would appreciate it very much if someone could please tell me where to locate the turn signal relay.

 

The signal relay switch is located behind the hazard switch button. You have to remove the dash bezel to get to it. This relay switch is green in color and operates the turn signals and hazards.
