Default "Hot" Engine

So, my car starts now, but when it starts (and the engine is cold), I get the DIC message, 'ENGINE HOT A/C OFF."

The connector for the coolant temperature sensor did get broken when I replaced the the plug on cylinder 1, but when I check it, the sensor is in place.

Any ideas?

If the coolant is fine, and you know the coolant temp sensor is fine, the 3rd common culprit for that message is the thermostat.
