Help! Cuts out/misfires and then dies once warmed up.

I recommend getting the exhaust fixed. .
Pressure test the cooling system for leaks..
I would also check the plugs for signs of contaminates being burnt.. (antifreeze).

Well I have had a few things done at different times. I bought the car at 152,000 miles on it and Im pretty sure the owner sold it before things started going bad. I didn't have one big "tune up" rather I fixed things as they broke. ABS/Traction Control (twice), oil gasket, shifter stuck in park, and finally the spark plug wires were replaced at 160,000. So to answer your question I really cant. I just fixed stuff as it broke!
