Looking to buy an 03 monte carlo. It has no radio in it right now. Had to put battery in because it has been sitting for a couple months. Started car to hear it run and the low fuel light battery light and security flashed.. thought that it was a normal thing due to battery being out. Also the daytime running lights were flashing and there was a clicking noise coming from under the dash. My question is if I put a radio in will that make it stop?
