Default Heated seat not working

So the other day it was chilly, I get into the car and turn my heated seat on and drive away. After a few mins im like wait a minute, why isn't this warm... So I've come to the conclusion its not working, passenger side still does. Aside from checking connections and fuse(haven't had a chance to yet) What other things should I check or do to get it fixed?

There was a sticky somewhere here that told how to basically take apart the seat and solder the broken wires inside. But that's why mines keep goin out is the fuse I out a 25amp instead of the 15 havent had a problem since

I have the same problem you have Keane. My passenger one still works very good and gets got within like 30 seconds, but my driver one doesn't work. I have a feeling the heating element in mine is just simply burned out and it needs a new one

Checked plugs and when checking the fuse diagram the drivers side heated seat is on the same fuse as the bcm, so that's obviously not blown. My guess is the heating elements are shot, not something I really want to get into.

So the switch is still working fine and power is flowing into and out of the seat, but no heat. Any ideas?

Yeah I have the same problem. I guess it's cause the drivers side is used so much more than the passengers side. But the my passenger side seat is stuck. The sent moves up and down fine But the inner track will not move. I wanna take the seat out But I wanna wait till I have the underwent sub to put in so I can kill 2 birds with one wrench!
