Hi my 03 Monte Carlo SS is having major headlight issues. My headlights will not come on. The only way to have any type of headlights is to pull in the multifunction switch and hold it. Crazy thing is my power windows won't work either unless I pull in the switch twice and hold it. I have replaced the multifunction switch and that did not help at all. All of the fuses have been checked. If anyone could give me any insight to this problem it would be a huge help. Thanks
