I haven't pulled mine yet, but this is supposed to be how:

Refer to Restraint System Service Precautions in Service Precautions".

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate.
2. Remove the I/P right upper trim panel.
3. Remove the garnish moldings from the left and from the right windshield pillar.
4. Starting at the right side, carefully lift upwards on the defroster grill in order to release the retainers. Continue working to the left side until you have released all of the retainers.
5. Disconnect the daytime running lamps (DRL) sensor from the defroster grill.
6. Remove the defroster grill.
7. Remove the I/P upper trim pad screws.
8. Remove the remote keyless entry module.
9. Remove the I/P upper trim pad.

For re-installation, it gives some torque specs for the screws:

Tighten the horizontal screws to 2 N.m. (18 lb in).
Tighten the vertical screws to 10 N.m. (89 lb in).
