Default grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

i was playin around in the monte and remembered reading a thread about someone installing a throttle body spacer backwards. so i went and checked myne. well i removed it and installed it and went on my way. well now i have 3 codes coming at me. 1:po121: throttle/pedal 2: p0172 system to rich 3: p1516 intake manifold.

im hoping that they go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont feel like spending lots of money right now..... but i could get lucky

yeah everything is in its appropriate place. i did get rid of the running rich code. it had to do with my idle, since the throttle body is electronic idle is a bit open. well since the lower idle went below its normal resting point it became to rich.

ok heres what happened. after i installed it again i went and played with the tuner. well it turns out that i dropped the idle rpms to much. so yes now it is all fixed. but now i have a throttle body coming to me to. so ill send out one to get ported with the spacer. the spacer has the twist in it which looks as if it just disrupts the air, they say it adds power with that but its impossible for it to help.

i got the airraid throttle body spacer. i picked it up for 83 bucks on amazon. i saw your over on ls1 tech, you can get the part number from the spacer thread.

Yeah. I think I'm going to go with the Hamburger one. Some one reported no whistle noise and a smoother inside edge than the Air-raid model.

I'll grab the Hamburger TBS after I pick up a K&N intake and install them together. No tune is planned. I want to go with Flowmaster Super 40 mufflers to replace the stock ones, and that is all I'll do with the exhaust (tint first, exhaust second on my to-do list).

Do you know where to find those items cheap?
Hamburger Performance 3264 TBS - $84.95 + Shipping
Flowmaster Super 40 mufflers - $69.80 x2 + Shipping
Flowmaster Tip - $41.35 x2 + Shipping
