Question fuel system list

Hi there I have an 02 ss and I'm having crappy fuel mileage right now like 13mpg and was wondering does anyone have a list of fuel system components and ways to check them on my own. I want my 22mpg back atleast if not better. I've already replaced the fuel pump so that's as far as I've gotten. Thank you

I cant really give you the exact answer you're looking for but I might be able to help you out. Start with a new air filter, fuel filter, and maybe try checking your gas cap, Ive heard of those going bad and stopping the fuel from flowing as well as its supposed to. IDK, just trying to give a little help.

Is there anyway to clean the plate without taking it apart?

What do you mean by taking it apart??

It's really not hard to take the throttle body off the car and scrub it down / spray it up
