I have a 02 Monte Carlo with a 3.4 liter engine. I'm getting a code P0452, so I already replaced gas cap and got my multimeter to test the voltage from wiring harness. I got the 5v reference at the one wire put when I tested the other side of the connector it showed that it had 11.5v coming from it. I thought that the voltage on the other wire was supposed to be less then the 5 v reference. Please help
