Default Front suspension lift for the season?

Well, here it is. I am paying the price for living in Canada.

Last year we has a substantial snow fall. I ended up driving my 2001 Monte Carlo SS and go around just fine on my all seasons. THe problem is, the air scoop on the front acted as a plow.

Here is my question: Is there a temporary way to lift the front ends of these cars? Some sort of insert for the coil springs perhaps?

I'm in Canada and finding the twist in coil spacers are next to impossible without a maaaajor mark up.

Air bags are in the plans but just not economically doable right now.
