front end bolt kit?

front end bolt kit?
Anyone know of a bolt and fastener set/kit for my 71 monte carlo? for headlights, bezels, the frame around the bezel, for the markers, the grill, bumper. etc. I swear I've seen a kit in the past for the whole front end but cant seem to find it anymore. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Is this the kit? Or at least a place to put together a kit.
