Exclamation Electrical problems--HELP!

I have a 2003 Monte Carlo SS and it seems to be having some electrical problems. First off, my radio doesn't work. The radio itself works but there is no sound coming out. I thought it might have been a bad amp because when it first stopped working, the radio kept sounding all fuzzy. So i replaced the amp and it still doesn't work so i am radio-less and the new subwoofers i bought are going to waste Aside from the radio, my check engine light is always on, even though my engine is fine. i have had it checked many times. Also, after i change my oil, i cant reset the oil thing. I am supposed to do it through the radio then it's supposed to bring up some menu, etc. but i cant even pull up the menu to reset the oil... My Monte also has the little screen thing above the rear view mirror that tells me the temp, gas mileage, etc... but sometimes when i turn the car on it doesn't turn on. and if thats not turned on, my air wont turn on & the cruise light stays on. If you have any ideas of what could be wrong, i would really appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

I am not great with electrical but I would certainty check all my grounds first. Also, for the oil change if you turn the car on (but don't start it) and hit the gas pedal three times it should clear the oil light.

It could also be a bad BCM (Body Control Module). They are famous for going out on these cars. The main symptom is strange electrical issues like you have described. But it could also be bad grounds etc.

Default Try Grounds and Ign switch

We had all the weird stuff happening in our Monte. Turned out to be a bad ignition switch and bad ground.
Good Luck
