You have to remove the module from the dashboard, open it up, and solder out the old and solder in new bulbs.

bbengineer.com is a forum guy who will do this for a fee, even an LED upgrade if you aren't comfortable soldering.

I can't see the sliders at all, and 3 out on my radio... honestly I just haven't had the want to rip them apart... if I do need to take the dashboard out though in the car, I will probably have BBEngineer do all the LED changes while I keep the dashboard out and just drive the Camaro

He co-owns NAIOA.com, a PM there or a thread there looking for him would probably get his attention if you needed it.

I'm in the process of doing this right now. The desoldering is the tricky part, since the target area is so small and it's difficult to fit both the solder iron and the solder sucker in the same place at a very precise time. It's taken me a few tries, and you've got to be mindful not to overheat the board or you're screwed.

That said, I'd suggest at least trying it yourself first before paying for it.

I sent my radio out somewhere in down state IL to get that fixed. My fiance fixed my heater controls - just had to go to radio shack and buy the bulbs and de-soldering iron.
