hello i got the problems now i got a new one i was looking at how come some of the light bulbs did'nt turn on so i took the cluster out took it apart and found.that the bulbs were soldered in so i put it back together and now evert tine i stsrt the car the gauges read something diffrent what could be causing this

 

It does sound like a cluster problem. The little stepper motors go bad, a common problem. Have you replaced them with the new upgraded ones? They're pretty cheap, you should be able to buy the upgraded ones on e-bay for less than $30. Some shops can install them and some can't.
