Can you put regular coolant into a dexcool system. Because i want to flush my coolant system but im not shure if i can use regular coolant.

if the system is flushed there should b no dexcool for it to mix with

Im going to completley flush it but im wondering if i can refill it with regular coolant.

Yes. As long as it is completely flushed. You can't mix though.

as long as you know for sure that you got all of the dexcool out, you can then use whatever fluid you want.

However, if you don't get every drop of dexcool out, the new coolant will mix and turn into a sludge-like substance.

Yes, you can put any coolant in after making sure ALL of the Dex-cool is out...I've done it in my mom's Bonneville. I switched it to that Prestone All makes all models coolant. So far no problems after 40K
