Default Cluster dash lights arent working

My dash lights aren't working on my 2006 Monte carlo,I thought the bulbs might of been bad so I had all of them replaced but when reinstalled cluster the dash lights still don't turn on,all my steering wheel,a/c seat belt, check engine light,exc... Work except the back lights in dash that light up my gas, temperature, and speedometer,I checked all connectors and checked the headlight & dimmer switch connections and none look Burt nor is there any loose wires I can't figure it out....does anybody have any info on this or experienced this same issue?

Was this resolved??? Having the same issue on my sons '02. Only one wire lights up the test light on the switch. Can't find a dedicated I/P fuse, non are blown on either side of the dash or under hood.
