Clunking noise, not CV axle

Whenever I back out of a parking spot I hear a clunking noise (only a very low speeds). It only happens when I turn the wheel clockwise. My first thought was it was a CV axle on the driver's side, but I replaced it and it's still making the noise. I've also recently replaced the passenger side CV axle, both tie rods, and driver and passenger side control arms due to high mileage (219,000). Apart from the possibly that my remanufactured CV axle already failed, what else could be causing this?

How about your strut mounts? Broken coil spring? Tie rod ends? Wheel bearing?

Bearings are new all around. New tie rod ends and I checked the strut mounts and spring when I replaced the CV axle

Could be another bad axle, or possibly a steering rack issue.

Intermediate steering shaft?
