Default Clunk sound

And a third one!

About a month or so ago I got my transmission flushed and car aligned (around 50k miles). Since that time, I hear a clunk when I go to back out of a parking spot. I throw the car in reverse, and I turn the wheel. Believe it or not I can't decide if its the tranny, or the steering. I feel like its the steering, except that I don't feel or hear anything every during a drive, but I think its out of alignment already. I'm about to go back to the shop and have them check out their alignment and hopefully this will find the issue.

Anyone have anything similar that they could share their experiences with?

Thanks.

Sorry guys, don't know why that didn't cross my mind. I had the ISS replaced about...oh...idk....20k ago. It doesn't have the same feeling in the wheel like the ISS problem did. It was my understanding that once it was replaced that the new one kept the problem from coming back. Is that the case? When you have it replaced (with the latest replacement version) it really does fix it for good?

I've heard different things about the latest, greatest ISS. The "newest" one was supposed to fix it but so was the old new one, LOL.
Not sure you can grease the new one or not but here's directions for the old one. http://www.naioa.com/v2/modules.php?...wtopic&t=10805
