Default "Chrome" plastic strips on front and rear bumpers

The chrome like plastic strips on my 79 front and rear bumpers have shrunk and wrinkled to the point that they need replacing. As much as I don't want to do it because the car is pretty much all OEM. Kinda new to body work. Any suggestions on where to start would be appreciated! Thanks Bruce.
