Default Changing Oil Pan / Gaskets

Greetings,

I have a 2002 Monte Carlo SS (3.8L) and found out today that I need to replace the oil pan due to rust.

It's been years since I've been underneath any vehicle and was wondering what's involving in changing this.

Many thanks!
