caliper issue on 02

I have a problem with the front passenger brakes hanging up.Brand new rotor and brake pads.It seems the caliper puck is not coming out square with rotor. When I pump brakes pads are not flat on rotor and the caliper is about 1/8 inch out of square from front to back on pad. This is cocking the pads on rotor and car is undriveable.I've pulled it all apart at least 6 times, switched caliper bolts and don't know what else to check. Can a caliper piston be 1/8 to 3/16 out of square?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: caliper issue on 02

I think it might be wise to invest in a re-man'd caliper. The're not too expensive, and sometimes well worth the grief. Suggestion: paint it before you put it on, or they look like crap.

Thanks for the advice. Went out and bought a new caliper with bracket and pins for $44. Works great now,I think the problem was where the pins go through the mounting bracket and not enough play.Used neversieze, could that be it?
