Looks like it's only one pair of rotors/ pad set, not sure if that was intentional or not. At a minimum I'd do pads all around - virtually all of the feel improvement comes from the pads, so replacing them all should be step 1.

No. They aren't the same on virtually any car, even from the factory.

I didn't look in detail at the specs, but these don't look like any kind of performance upgrade - they just look like red stock calipers.

There are upgraded caliper options if thats what you're after but you've got to be careful with buying stock replacement pads+rotors first (like the EBC set) as theyre incompatible due to being a larger setup.
